Sweet & Savory Bowl
Minced onion, garlic, ginger & turmeric
Coconut oil or grass fed butter
10-12 brussel sprouts
1/2 bell pepper
1/4 cup cashews
1/2 zucchini
3 carrots
1/2 sweet potato
Salt, pepper, seasoning of choice
Top with: Ataulfo mango, avocado, green onions & sesame seeds
Ready to Cook?
In a medium-large sauce pan, heat to low/medium heat
Have your onion, garlic, ginger & turmeric minced & ready to go
Add coconut/olive oil or butter
Saute’ the onion then garlic, then ginger/turmeric until all are lightly browned in the pan
Mix in the harder veggies first & cover
Start to add in the softer veggies, along. with the cashews, seasoning as you go
Once it’s cooked to your desired softness, pour into a bowl & top with avocado, green onions, mango & seasame seeds!
